Behaviour Support Pathways was founded by experienced behaviour support practitioners who saw the need for compassionate, high-quality support across Melbourne, Perth, and the wider communities of Victoria and Western Australia. We operate under Competent Care Pty Ltd, building on its strong foundation of care and professionalism. Our small but dedicated team has backgrounds in psychology, education and disability support. Together, we bring years of experience helping people with complex behaviours.
All our behaviour support practitioners are approved by the NDIS Commission and meet the PBS Capability Framework standards. This means they have the right qualifications and training to provide safe, effective support. We also regularly collaborate with doctors, therapists and educators to make sure every plan is well-rounded.
